I'm Kristien, a teacher by day, a travel planner in every free moment.
As soon as we set foot in Brussels after a trip, I start dreaming about our next destination. Often new plans are already made, even before the laundry is done. Call it an addiction.

From a young age, I went on holiday with my parents and brother, first within Europe, later also beyond. This gave me a taste for discovery at an early age.
Now I'm married and the mother of two teenage daughters. They, too, are always immediately enthusiastic about going on a trip. The four of us regularly go out to explore new places.
Travel bug... It's either in our genes or it's contagious.

We like to travel in comfort. That doesn't have to be overly luxurious, just practical, feasible and enjoyable for everyone: a combination of cities and nature with the occasional swimming pool, delicious meals in between and a few board games in the evening.
We enjoy time together and create unforgettable memories.

In this blog, I'd like to share our ideas and experiences. Perhaps I can be of help to travel enthusiasts who are eager to get going but don't immediately know where to start.
